We would be glad to offer you a refund! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a refund. We have one of the best refund policies out there!
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, unassembled, in its original condition, with a tag, and in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories. Please bear in mind that our agents would ask you to provide a picture of the item and the package itself.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any orders that are damaged or spoiled in transit can be refunded or replaced. We are not able to cancel orders 1 hour after they’re placed. Please email us with questions about refunds, replacements, and canceling orders.
Mistakes on our part are the only grounds for a return. Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions and reviewing measurements before purchase. We disclose all obvious flaws.
When will we refund or return it for you?
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
You can contact us here to get a replacement on its way to your ASAP! Please include the original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will not accept a refund if:
*We won’t take back items because of size issues, so make sure you check the sizing references provided.
*Keep in mind, colors may vary slightly due to computer monitoring settings, we will not take returns for color issues.
*Shipping charges are not refundable and your must contact us for authorization for return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
*If the product is used and cannot be returned or it is one which cannot be returned back to us, you may be offered a partial refund.
*We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
We will not take any restocking fee during the return of the product.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will be in touch with the next steps.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes 3-7 business days to process refunds once they arrive at our Returns Center.
