By placing an order through Orivio you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable worldwide.

Note: please contact us to provide your order number before returning the product. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send return instructions and an easy & quick refund.

 

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

 

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee – if you’re not satisfied with our product, just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

 

B. RETURN PROCESS

 

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  2. Customers are not required to pay any restocking fee.
  3. Customers will return their products directly to the in-store.
  4. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to claim your money back:

  • If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your Orivio, email a customer care.¬†
  • Once approved, return our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
  • Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible requests will be deemed invalid.
  • Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
  • Once returned, your product purchase price will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only.¬†
  • We offer a 1-year warranty for all products due to defects and will offer a replacement device if past the¬†30 days time period.¬†
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

D. EXCHANGES

 

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us here.

 
E. RESTOCKING FEE 

 

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 

 

F. REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
